  Yes. You can communicate with Providers using our secure, on-platform Secure Messaging system to ask questions, verify details, and discuss any customisations before you officially confirm the Booking.

• How does payment work for a confirmed booking?

  You must pay the initial deposit securely on the Eevent platform to lock in the service. The remaining balance payment is then paid directly to the Provider on the day of the service, or as otherwise agreed between you both.

• What are the two ways I can secure a binding booking?

  You can secure a booking by: 1) Accepting the price and proceeding with a Direct Booking from a Listing, or 2) Accepting a formal Quote that a Provider sends you. Either action forms a binding agreement.

• How do I know the services are available for my specific date?

  Our platform allows you to filter services by your exact event date and time. Providers are required to keep their availability accurate using tools like our calendar sync, ensuring you only see bookable options.
